TRY OUT NEW MAKEUP LOOKS WITH A FRESH AND FUN PALETTE
As a big eyeshadow fan, I decided to pick up ColourPop’s new palette, called “Limoncello.” When I entered Ulta, there were only two “Limoncello” palettes left on the rack, which indicated that this product was flying off the shelves. Let’s dive into the pros and cons, shall we?
One massive pro is the price. Offering 12 shades, the palette retails for $18, which is very reasonable. The shades were incredibly pigmented and easy to blend.
Plus, there is a wide array of shades, including plenty of neutral shades and brighter shades that will be fun to play around with this summer. From smokey colors to a lovely canary yellow moment, the palette’s shades offer the ability to create countless looks.
This palette also comes with a sizable mirror, which is convenient if you need to do your makeup on the go.
Moving onto the cons of the palette. Let me be honest, there aren’t many.
In regard to the shimmery shades, you may need to build them up if you want them to stand out. Another con would be that to ensure that the shadow doesn’t crease throughout the day, you may need to invest in an eyeshadow primer.

For all you early 2000s teens, ColourPop also released the “What Dreams Are Made Of” palette this year, which is one of its many products in the Lizzie McGuire collection. If you are a fan of glitter and fun, bright colors, I would consider checking this out!
In the past, I have been gifted two ColourPop Palettes, and I was not disappointed. They are a great travel size and their colors don’t disappoint. I highly recommend ColourPop’s palette selection if you are looking for affordable and high-quality eyeshadow.
