SOCIAL DISTANCE WITH YOUR TV
Nothing screams summer like binge-watching ten years’ worth of television in two weeks! With the popularity of streaming services, it’s easier than ever to marathon new shows and movie series. If you’re looking for a new obsession, look no further: here are five TV shows to binge-watch this summer.
The Queen’s Gambit
If you haven’t seen The Queen’s Gambit yet, drop what you’re doing and find the nearest TV! This Netflix miniseries tells the story of Beth Harmon, an orphaned chess-prodigy with a slight drug addiction. While chess may not seem like the most riveting subject matter, trust me—this show is phenomenal. Beth’s journey is unconventional and will leave you wanting more at the end of each episode. Since it’s a miniseries there are only seven episodes, so it’s perfect to knock out over the course of a weekend.
