Being a kurvy woman has its advantages, we become the center of attention due to our unique body shapes. Our body shapes can vary from hourglass, pear, apple, round, diamond and rectangle. However, being a kurvy woman isn’t always easy. One problem that kurvy women may run into is the need to consistently consume a healthy diet, while also wanting to keep their shape.

You want to eat healthy, but you don’t want to lose your kurves. You want to watch what you eat, but you don’t want to stop eating your favorite foods and actually want to enjoy your meals. After all, these food options helped us get our voluptuous kurves in the first place. But, of course, on the other hand, you also don’t want to consume unhealthy food that makes you feel crappy on the inside. This is the real struggle of a kurvy girl; however, there is always a solution.

You can keep maintaining your kurves while eating healthy food by eating high-protein foods along with fruits and/or vegetables to compliment your meal. Protein is very important for muscle building and balancing blood sugar levels, which causes the release of satiety hormones that help suppress crazy food cravings. In other words, eating a well-balanced meal that incorporates high-protein foods and vegetables, can make you feel full and help maintain your current weight. However, you don’t need to consume high amounts of protein in each meal. According to Calories Secret, you should start off the day with 25-30 grams of protein in the morning and gradually decrease your protein intake throughout the day. As they say, eating a high-protein breakfast can help decrease hunger hormones for the rest of the day.

A breakfast meal that you must try is this avocado greek omelet. This meal requires three eggs which gives you about 19 grams of protein. Then you can add chunks or slices of avocado, tomatoes and onions. You can also add your favorite herbs and spices to compliment your meal. When it comes to dinner time, you can try making a vegan-based meal or even try out a soup, such as this spicy black bean soup. This soup incorporates avocado, black beans and various spices, making it an ultimate go-to meal for any occasion.

No matter what meal you choose to make, make sure that the ingredients used provide an adequate amount of protein, vitamins and minerals that will benefit your health. Remember, always consult with your dietician or local physician to make sure that you are making the right healthy and dietary choices.
