AMINAH: The best advice i can give for someone who has trouble loving their body is to really take a good look at yourself, literally. Everyday you should look in the mirror and find something you love about yourself. The only reason people have doubts about the skin they’re in, is because of society, if the world didn’t comment on your body, you wouldn’t either. Your body positivity needs to come from within. You first have to love your body before anyone else will.
