6 Tips to Update your Love Life

Whether you’re single or in a relationship, it’s always good to keep that sexy romantic flame burning bright.

Feeling like you’re not getting out there enough? Need to spice up your love life? Feeling like something is missing? Here are 6 tips to update your love life!

Dance1.) Role-playing: Take a sexy fitness class. I always feel so confident and free when trying a new fitness class. Whether it’s pole dancing, Hip-Hop in heels, or a strip tease class, you get the chance to learn a few new moves and feel confident while doing it. Being an actress, I always like to role-play or be someone new for the day. Try using a different name while you’re out or even use an accent. Keep it fun and spicy.

2.) Switch it up: “50 told me go ahead switch the style up and if they hate then let them hate and watch the money pile up,” haha. No, but seriously! Switch it up with things as simple as your hair, clothes, or you daily routine. It’s human nature to tend to do the same things every day without even noticing how repetitive our habits are. How about trying something new every day, or maybe just every week? Take baby steps, and do what works for you!

3.) Go out more: Stop using the “I’m tired” or “I have to work” excuse and get out. Go to that happy hour, that concert, that networking event. You don’t have to be the club every weekend, but just getting yourself off the couch will help you update your love life. You never know where your prince charming is hiding.

4.) Actually get over your ex: I know, I know. We’ve all been there. But we can’t truly move on with out actually getting over that ex. If you want to really spice up your life, BLOCK HIM. (I struggle with this too but it’s 2016 so lets do it together ladies.)

5.) BE BOLD: Nothing says updating your life like actually asking your crush out for a date. Stop only talking to them on the Internet and make that bold, unexpected and aggressive first move. You’ll never know until you try!

6.) Take a BATH: I mean like one of those hot, steamy, fancy baths with some lush bath bombs and Epsom salt. Taking a bath really just relieves all of my stress and worries for 30 minutes or so and when I get out and put some nice lotion on I just feel so confident and sexy, plus I smell good! Always a bonus.
