It is always good to know what you are good at and what you can improve on. Give yourself credit and a nice pat on the back for everything you do best. On the other hand find out what you can work on and create an action plan.
Make a PLAN
Now it is important to always have goals and an attainable action plan. Set a step-by-step list of actions and a due date. Keep this plan close by so you can check up on it and see how far you are to completing different goals! Have you ever heard about putting positive thoughts into the universe and the universe will repay you? Yes, it works! Think positive always. In everything you do on a daily basis, whether it be a project at work, a job interview, a new workout plan or a dinner party you are hosting – expect success and you will see positive outcomes!

If you don’t believe in yourself it is very hard for others to. Trusting in your ability to put your mind to something makes a huge difference and will boost your confidence. Take all the time you need to reach your goals and give yourself credit along the way.

Sometimes it can be scary to try something new. We live in a society where we are very afraid to fail. What we need to remember is if you don’t try nothing will ever change!
